Returns
Our return policy extends 60 days from the date of delivery. After 60 days from product delivery, refunds and exchanges are not guaranteed and only offered under special circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (i.e. if you received the item undamaged, you must return it undamaged). It should be returned along with all accessories and the original packaging.
Send us an email at support@purevalhalla.com to receive return instructions. Returns may be lost if you have not contacted us first before sending.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please do not mail items containing flammable liquids or gases (such as lighters).
To initiate your return, you can email us from the email address used to place the order, or provide proof of purchase. (See Shipping, below)
If an item is returned not in its original condition, or it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Refunds are applied after receiving and inspecting your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
If you have not received your refund 4 weeks after returning your item:
- Check your tracking number to see if it has been delivered to us.
- If so, look for an email from support@purevalhalla.com regarding a refund. If there is one, check your credit card statement or method of payment. Even after we have processed a refund the credit card may take awhile to show it.
- If you do not see this any email from us, email us to check on your status.
- If the tracking shows the item not delivered, you can wait or contact the courier company to see if anything can be done.
Exchanges can be initiated for defective or damaged items. Exchanges for undamaged items, for example for the wrong size, may be issued at our discretion. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@purevalhalla.com to receive instructions. Returns may be lost if you have not contacted us first before sending.
Shipping
Send us an email at support@purevalhalla.com to receive return instructions. Returns may be lost if you have not contacted us first before sending.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
We recommend using shipping with tracking, and insurance if the item is worth over $50. We cannot guarantee we will receive your item if the courier loses it.
