Due to international shipping delays from the novel coronavirus, we estimate all orders will take 2 to 8 weeks to arrive.

Every customer will receive a tracking link once their order has shipped, and if you still have any questions, email support@purevalhalla.com for a prompt answer.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 60 days. Don't worry, it doesn't start counting until you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
